Sue Knight writes:

NLP modelling as the foundation for coaching - what else?

As I have progressed with my learning in NLP over the years (and
there have been quite a few of those now) I have come to value the
process of NLP modelling more and more especially in my role as
coach.  I find that modelling the patterns in our experience is a
respectful and powerful way of creating a space for change and
change that is entirely in the hands of the person being coached.
And I have become more and more aware of the mindsets that influence
the ways in which I coach for example how I imagine the outcome for
the other person, my state of curiosity and openness and my
connectedness to what they are sharing.  So if you would like to
learn more about any of these or indeed all of them in the way that
I personally coach then come and find out and I might also throw in
bits of other coaching styles that I use like provocative therapy
(but just bits mind!)
