As a profession coaching is now well established and the fundamental principles are an integral part of coach training, but what about the mystery of coaching..... the questions that just seem to arise, the light bulb moments? To take coaching skills and personal development toward this mystery requires a new perspective. In crossing new thresholds we literally have to ‘trans-form’ our approach.
This workshop will:
• ask what is self-realisation? • introduce the Trans Form Coaching model • invite you to participate in awareness raising exercises suggested by the model • allow you to try out the ideas with a basic coaching tool.
Julie Roberts is an accredited life and corporate coach, spiritual companion, meditation group leader, workshop facilitator and published author. Her books ‘Baring My Soul – A Journey Of Faith’ and ‘Soul Journey’ are both available through Amazon.co.uk. This is a new perspective for coaching, which Julie has been working on over the last few years. Expect an opportunity to think out of the box!
