New Coaching Diploma CourseNewcastle College Flexible Learning Course in Coaching -2005 update: this course is now available for a fee of 395 including web-based option. February 11, 2004 Newcastle College announces this week that the new Diploma Course in 'Positive Impact Coaching' has been launched. The new course supercedes the highly successful 'Performance Coaching' Diploma Course that ran for five years and had 15,000 students. Eligible candidates can enrol without charge. The course involves about 120 hours of work and includes both coach and coachee assignments. Course designer, Angus McLeod, author of 'Performance Coaching - The Handbook for Managers, HR Professionals and Coaches' (Crown House 2003), says, "This updated course comes at time when coaching is increasingly a part of corporate strategy in HR. The material is highly practical so that students can immediately go to work and use their learning effectively from day one".
