Dr. Kaplan is president of the British Institute of Provocative Therapy & Coaching (BIPT-www.provocativetherapy.co.uk) which he runs with Phil Jeremiah. 

Brian Kaplan is a medical doctor who has specialised in Provocative Therapy as well as holistic medicine and homeopathy. Dr. Kaplan is an enthusiastic communicator and has used the contrarian techniques and strategies of Provocative Therapy to great effect in medicine, education and industry. He published The Homeopathic Conversation (Natural Medicine Press, 2001) an acclaimed book about how doctors can communicate more effectively with their patients.

 Dr. Kaplan is an experienced performer and has appeared frequently on both radio and television. After his debut performance in the stage show Are You Feeling Funny? Explorations into Health & Humour at the New End  Theatre in 1997, he has worked extensively with comedians especially Arnold Brown and Neil Mullarkey (www.allthatmullarkey.com) who also take an active interest in the British Institute of Provocative Therapy.

 Brian is a keen chess player, supports London Wasps and Queens Park Rangers and is a regular punter on the vibrant comedy circuit in London.
