Biographical
Description: Steve is Director of TSO Communication Ltd a company dedicated to Communications, Putting Values to Work and Coaching. he is also expert in training interventions for stress management. Steve is a Director of Coaching at 3CCCs and is interested in both his own and others' personal development. A Coach himself, Steve works with senior people to help them achieve their full potential. As a Certified Management Consultant and NLP Master Practitioner, he brings these and other skills to his coaching. Steve co-founded and continues to co-run The Coaching Foundation. Steve was also involved in the development and launch of "Ask Max" - an e-mentoring service. Steve's first career was in information technology. Whitmore, James Lawley and Penny Tompkins, Lynne Kerry, Myles Downey, Julie
Hay and Julian Russell. Steve has completed a programme with Results Coaching
Systems, an ICF recognised training provider. Coaching
and Mentoring Experience Steve
has coached people in many fields including Software development, Banking,
Retail and Local Government. His
mentoring experience has been gained both through conventional face-to-face
support of individuals and through the e-mentoring service “Ask Max”. Steve
is also an experienced facilitator of Action Learning sets. Steve is a Director of the Coaching Foundation.
