McLeod’s organisation (Into Changes Ltd) provides coaching and coaches as
well as the internet-based mentoring service 'Ask Max' via his UK based
company, Into Changes Ltd. Angus and Into Changes Ltd offer, as well as
coaching and coach-training, team development programmes and management
development days that are highly facilitated programmes involving work-groups
and fun. Other corporate interventions include high-performance cars,
orchestras and horses; all supporting and developing sustained learning in
teams. Biographical
Description: Angus is a prolific author in the areas of coaching and team development with two management books to his credit, 'Me, Myself, My Team' and 'Performance Coaching' (Crown House 2003). Angus designed the Newcastle College 'flexible learning' Diploma course (2004 onwards) in coaching (Positive Impact Coaching) - a course that attracted 15,000 students in the previous five years. The course is now available as an interactive web-based resource. He holds a number of UK Directorships with training companies and is a senior coach for his own UK and USA based companies, Into Changes Ltd and for other leading coaching companies. As well as his base in the UK., Angus has been developing academic and commercial contacts from his base in Philadelphia. When not working he travels, plays guitar, sails, rides a Yamaha 1000FZS exup motorbike and has a reputation as a cook - fortunately a good one! Angus is also a significant shareholder in three environmental companies and continues to impact UK and West Indies environmental concerns through his support of those companies. He says, "coaching is a passion, one of miracle and privilege, a metaphor for my life experience to date". In 1995 Angus experienced a miracle of healing which turned around his progressive and irreversible nerve damage in both ears and he has been healing and occasionally the subject of study and research since then. He runs personal development courses including 'A Question of Balance' and a creative writing course in London and Zakynthos, Greece.
Angus is a Director of the Coaching Foundation.
